Lead Pastor

Mike has been engaged in full time ministry since 1994.

He has served as a Camp Director, Chaplain, Executive Pastor and was instrumental in two church plants. Mike serves as the State Disaster Relief Director for the California Southern Baptist Convention. He has a masters from Gateway Seminary and a passion for lay renewal ministry. Mike enjoys camping, recreational activities and spending time with his family. He is married to June and they have two children and four grandchildren. Email Mike

Teaching Pastor

Ryan is a native of Northern California, having lived in the foothills, central valley and Bay Area. He is a graduate of Gateway Seminary (MDiv; PhD) where he is adjunct professor at Gateway's Fremont campus. He teaches theology, church history, and pastoral ministry courses. Ryan enjoys writing and spending time with his wife, Janai, and their four children. He has a passion for equipping and training pastors. Prior to joining Bell Road, Ryan served as senior pastor of First Baptist of Sonoma from 2014-2022. Email Ryan

Associate Pastor

Pastor Dave has over 20 years as a pastor, serving youth and children, teaching, preaching, and counseling. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology at William Jessup University and his Masters in Biblical Studies at Epic Bible College and Graduate School. Dave's favorite place to be is at a stream fishing. Dave has been married to bride, Brenda, and they have 4 kids ranging in age from 6-22. He has a passion to help people become set free from their sins through Jesus and learn what it means to live a redeemed life! Email Dave

WORSHIP LEADER AND KIDS MINISTRY

Jon has been leading our church in worship for many years. He has grown up at Bell Road Baptist and continues to serve with a humble heart.

Danielle has been a teacher for many years and leads our children's ministry.
